We’re Kailash Parbat, and we’re excited to open our doors right here in North Texas. If you’ve ever walked the streets of Mumbai, you know the food is impossible to ignore. It’s loud in the best way. Where It All Started
Back in the 1950s, our family had one small goal. Make good food for the people of Bombay. It started with a single dish. Chaat. A few crisp puris. Some potatoes. Fresh chutney. Yogurt. Spices. It was quick, it was flavorful, and it became a tradition.
From there, Kailash Parbat grew. Over time, we added more dishes. We served more neighborhoods. Eventually, we reached more countries. But we never changed what mattered. The recipes. The intention. The love that goes into every plate. Now we serve guests in India, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, Canada, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and with Frisco, we’re continuing that legacy in a city that already feels like home.

Our Most Loved Dishes

Our Bambaiya Dahi Puri has that perfect crunch when you bite into it. The yogurt cools your tongue just as the spices start to build. The flavors are layered, and they hit you all at once. It’s sweet, salty, spicy, and tangy in one bite. Pani puri is another guest favorite. You get a plate of hollow puris, a bowl of spicy water, and fillings to match. You build each bite yourself. But there’s more to our menu. Our biryani offers pure comfort, our sizzling paneer dishes come out hot and full of aroma, and our thalis give you a little bit of everything.
